Responsibility. BEING Responsible is an attitude which has no connection with being Elder or Younger.

Controlling,ordering,scolding certainly are not an option.

Only Caring,Sharing...understanding, helping are the available options we have.

Understanding & helping in secret is a good way,not making others realise you are weak or you don't have this quality /power(Not lowering anyone's self esteem)

Pity ….BIG NO.our aim is to make others realise their inner powers,empower them .

Rather say,,,.we love you ,we care for you.

don't worry,be easy,everything is good.

..We have everything...God is with us.

You deserve..you are powerful...you are a lucky soul.you can do it.you have done it several times.

This is Only the repetition that needs to be done(only people & place are different)(The winning फार्मूला is same,The right smriti)...it's easy.
