  Why Bowing down?   Bowing due to regard or expectation or some motive or due to self pity. ? OR By creating  a new conciousness of:- Bowing down because it's the Natural quality, Beauty of the soul. Humbleness.  The one who is higher & fulfilled always bows down due to its Royal manners.  Out of Regard for all, seeing everyone as server/sustainer, bowing down for taking that sustainence.  The one who has love for service always bows down in gratitude. & calls self as a obidient servant.  Seeing the God's divinity in every soul & saluting &  bowing down to that purity/divinity of creator.

Through meditation, I have gained more control over emotions .,essence of all Relationships with one.  A direction in life. An aim & object in life. A vision  & clarity in life. A life of positivity & optimism,a winning attitude, A balanced approach. High spirits & enthusiasm. Good judgement & decision making power. Ability to see the positive side of every situation. An art of planning,controlling & handling resources. A skill of  bringing newness & innovation in my thought process. An eye for beauty & art of putting things in right perspective . A way of inculcating values while in the path towards my goal. Becoming a man of value rather than just man of success. A never ending faith in the laws of karma & result. A good amount of hold over my subtle powers of mind, intellect & latent tendencies & using them creatively in all aspects of life i.e Work, relations, health .Newly formed habits of listening to inner voice ...

  Obstacles are meant to be make us strong and definitely soul concious (aka dehi abhimani)  Powerful is one who is pure by heart...one who has divine intellect...whose third eye is open...Who is stable... Who is detached... Who is ekras. Who is free from desires.who is serving world and earning blessings.  Ailments are nothing in front of my present karmas...  One has to establish his own laws... His own part...highest part... Where we are bestowers... Then there is victory over vices.. And you are masters by mastering ur gross and subtle organs. Then yoga is natural and easy.

Being Divine The one who gives is the one who gets.  Unconditional giving has the  power to Divinise our sanskaars & bring us close to the Highest & Holiest being who is Divine.  Richness is inside.  Fulfillment, a feeling. Lies in giving.Makes one experience inner Richness in contrast to one who is greedy  & always remain poor. Our Richness lies in our attitude & value system.  Controlling self is the highest power.  Loving self, caring for self, valuing our own values makes us valuable.  Valuing my inner wisdom & letting  my Inner self talk to me.  Saying yes to others, letting others win, creating a win win situation,letting them go ahead is the Way to avoid any probable conflict & come closer to our original nature which is love & peace. Real Pride Its always good to win hearts than any temporary or superficial thing. Becoming great & honoring my own true self is the greatest pride that one can really ...

God has always been a source of inspiration for giving strength, hope & courage. A guiding light, A counsellor, A friend, A motivator, A spiritual guide imparting supreme wisdom telling the significiance & importance  of all creation around us & connectivity we share with other & how we together complete each other. God, the ocean of knowledge & purity tells us about the various mechanisms which supports healthy living guiding towards balancing various aspects of life.

  My deeds, my code of conduct & my service is my identity. It doesn't matter, if anyone's seeing me or not or recognising /rewarding me or not for the efforts I put. I may feel they are waste & unproductive. But it's the never the case if we closely see our life's journey. Honest efforts never go waste, they always build a foundation of something great in future without which we couldn't imagine the bright future of tommorow. So, it's always the power of present karma which creates our destiny of tommorow

Being Soul concious means to be aware of qualities & powers of the soul & bringing them into use while in action. Being Soul concious is to be aware of your inner truth & core values. Being Soul concious is to being aware of the fact that whatever thought I create becomes my feeling & attitude.And when I come into action, it gets recorded in me as habit which becomes my personality & hence destiny.  Being soul concious means I can conciously choose my thoughts in various situations & hence create right responses for creating a destiny of my choice .
