👉 Being emotional is NOT WRONG but expressing appropriate emotion in appropriate situation is important.

👉 *Self Observation* of own reactions is emotional intelligence.

👉 *Empathy* is understanding others' feelings and emotions which is directly proportional to emotional intelligence.

👉 Emotional well being keeps you contented, happy, enthusiastic, harmonious and self confident which in turn builds your inner resilience.

— Appreciation

— SOS technique - *stop, observe and steer*

— SELF CARE- give time to self; this is not being selfish.

— Discipline in life
