Breath,Relax,Go easy
We all have busy life, have things
to do and places to go. But life gets crazy and we don't have time to alleviate
stress. We don't have time for meditation and weekend vacations. A few mindset
shifts and a couple actions that take only a few minutes can solve the most
severe stress related problems. Yes, Slow down. Breathe. Review your
commitments and goals. Be in the moment and let go all that you can't control.
Unnecessary Fears cause you to be stressed, not external factors. Those external factors are just a part of life, but
they become stressful when you have fear in your mind about several things. Your
fears are based on some notions in your head about how things are supposed to
be. These fantasies are a way to feel in control of a world that you don’t
actually control, but they’re hurting you by causing fear and stress. Let go of
control. Feel good with chaos and uncertainty, and trust that things will work
out. Trust Shiva! Trust Shakti! Accept everything as it is and smile. Try
accepting people for who they are and recognise that, like you, they’re imperfect
and seeking happiness and struggling with finding it. Change your thoughts,
Behind every stressful feeling is an untrue thought. Clear your mind of all
