Women play a great role in administration.

A women is usually the one who has a balanced intellect and good decision making ability in contrast to men counterparts.

A women ,a mother has a good sense of balancing emotions and knows how to  intelligently create right emotions.

At home also,it is women who teaches a child at every step of how to always be doing good acts.Be positive,have courage,be brave,believe in yourself,do hard work ,be honest,be ethical.

Care and share things.

look at life in an optimistic way with a positive Outlook.

How a child would grow as an adult ,what sanskars he would have as he grow,How he would be treating others in his life's journey.How successful he would be in his life depends entirely on teachings he recieved at his home from his parents.

To run any administration and measure the success of it,one needs to check it with a very broad perspective.

There is an outer success in terms of money,profit ,comforts and standard of living .

But other than that there is an inner success which tells about emotional and spiritual quotients of individuals .

To run any administration,apart from strategy and plans,there is a need for daily sustainence gentleness,coolness ,calmness to bring everything into action in a much balanced way.
