Women play a great role in administration.

A women is usually the one who has a balanced intellect and good decision making ability in contrast to men counterparts.

A women ,a mother has a good sense of balancing emotions and knows how to  intelligently create right emotions.

At home also,it is women who teaches a child at every step of how to always be doing good acts.Be positive,have courage,be brave,believe in yourself,do hard work ,be honest,be ethical.
