Words are power,Words are energy.Words are a means of destiny.

Choose your words right.

Sense the vibration/frequency/mood of the other person & talk slowly,wisely & gently.

Understand the need of the hour.

Listen carefully & talk only useful & relevant.

Speak essenceful.Be in the moment,Clear your mind.Drop too much detailing & skip Sharing all at once.

Avoid repetition

Your mistake or my mistake.

Your habit or my habit.

I am not giving energy & attention to it & grow it.

Repeatedly talking about some situation increases it's chances/likelihood for its occurence again.

What I see,think & speak ,I become that.

Change your focus,Shift your focus to your strength & you will grow your strengths.

Spot out qualities.Bring them into your awareness.Change your feelings for the person.Give a lot of respect ,

Fill in courage in them & tell them gently their area of improvement .Empower them like this & they will definitely Work upon it.

Being in power

• Being in power means I have to give rights to others.Right to be the way they are.
• Being in power, means creating laws that would let self and others grow  as a human being(spiritually & intectually)
• Being in power means to be responsible enough to teach others through example rather than words.To give them rights to express.
• Being in Power means speaking &  listening equally.
• Being in Power means to give others freedom  & empowering them in the process,letting them learn & grow . Support them silently .
• Being in power means sustaining in silence ..
• Being in power means Increasing others self respect by making them self sufficient.
• Being in power means to do everything that Builds bridge between all,increase Mutual trust & create Win win situation for all.
• Being in power means keeping a Higher vision for others.
• Being in power means creating a feeling of Belongingness  & care towards others.

• Listen to understand (not answer),
• Listen without any preconceived notion.(wall).,prior impression/judgement.
• Come in contact without any aim(object),motive,welcome the other person first .Greet them well first.
• First have respect for the other person for their time /energy.
• For a good conversation,Let the conversation be Freely flowing.Become free from any attachment to result or be time concious repeatedly,enjoy the  sharing & learning something new in the process.
• Give space for the person to think & process & answer after you say something.
• Be kind & compassionate towards the needs of others.Ligthen them.Make them comfortable to able to express right.Don't try to judge anyone immediately.There can several reasons be there for the other one not to answer & remaining silent.(may be saving your respect or may be waiting for right time to answer or may be waiting for other factors to settle down).Becoming detached,Smiling & Silence is the best answer many a times.
• Do not see people with labels because that will color your vision & love will stop flowing.Connection would not occur & understanding will not happen & opinions will differ
• Knowledge is what to say ,wisdom is when to say.
• Do not aim to know everything.Whatever piece of knowledge is available at this time is enough for my spiritual sustainence.Things will start unfolding at their right time.
