Feeling doubt on some experienced soul

This much is right,I understood.They are so experienced & elders to us in this path.I respect them for moving obstacle free for such a long time,This is their glory.They may be right on their part but can you show me some light on this aspect so that I have a better understanding over this matter. 

Someone complaining  about someone They do many other good things,let's focus on them,these are just small little things,petty issues.I know their qualities.They are good enough.Small things will just vanish in no time.We will give signal/attention to them.

Things will work,whatever is there is also no less.Things will eventually become perfect.Either we make it perfect or leave it on time for other conditions to settle.
